Hatha YOGA is suitable for everyone. Increase your strength and flexibility with posture work, breathing exercises and relaxation.
“I teach gentle Hatha yoga with a bit of flow, suitable for all, with
modifications. You can work at your own pace and to your own ability. We
also spend some of the one and a half hour class on pranyama (breathing) and
relaxation.
