The Annual General Meeting of Alburgh Parish Council will be held in Alburgh Village Hall, on Thursday 4th May 2017 to commence following the APM.

 

 

           AGENDA

 

  1. Welcome by the Chairman

 

  1. To receive and accept apologies for absence
  2. To elect a Chairman for the coming year and to receive a Declaration of Acceptance of Office

 

  1. To elect a Vice Chairman for the coming year
  2. To elect a new parish councillor to fill the vacancy on the parish council and to sign Declaration of Acceptance of Office
  3. To receive any declarations of interest from members on any item to be discussed

 

  1.  To approve and sign the minutes of the last meeting
  2. The meeting will be adjourned for public participation (maximum 10 minutes) for items to be discussed on the Agenda only

 

  1. To receive Reports from our District and County Councillors
  2. To discuss matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting
  3. Correspondence
  4. Update on Film Night
  5. Playing Field Report and quote for new sign
  6. To report on planning decisions, applications commented on since last meeting
  7. To approve payments to be made, monies received and to discuss new bank signatory

 

  1. To receive items for the next agenda and confirm the date and time of the next parish council

Meeting as Thursday, 1st June at 7.30pm.
